60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind CedarLabs Pure NMN. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund of the product price.

How to request a refund

Email support@cedarlabs.store with your order number and the email address used to place your order. We confirm every request within 24 to 48 business hours.

Each request is reviewed against our order and delivery records, including carrier proof of delivery. If we ask you to send the product back, we will email you return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be processed.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, email us at support@cedarlabs.store.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or a refund.

Subscription orders

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date, online in your account at account.cedarlabs.store or by emailing support@cedarlabs.store. Cancelling stops future charges. The 60-day guarantee applies to your first subscription order. Renewal orders that have already been charged and shipped are not refundable, so please cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We resolve most issues within 24 to 48 business hours. If a dispute is filed on an order that was authorized and delivered, we will respond with the order, billing, and delivery records.

Exceptions

The guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from cedarlabs.store. It does not apply to products bought from third-party sellers.

European Union

If your order ships to the EU, you may also cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, in addition to this guarantee.
