Cancellation policy

This Subscription & Cancellation Policy explains how CedarLabs subscriptions ("Subscribe & Save" or "automatic refills") work. It applies to every subscription purchased on cedarlabs.store and is part of our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
1. Summary of key terms
- Automatic renewal: Your subscription renews automatically and you will be charged until you cancel.
- What you receive: The same bundle you chose at checkout (for example 1 jar, 3 jars, or 5 jars) on each refill.
- How often: Refills ship on the schedule shown at checkout for your bundle: every 30 days for 1 jar, every 90 days for 3 jars, and every 150 days for 5 jars.
- Price: The recurring subscription price shown at checkout and in your order confirmation, plus any applicable tax and shipping.
- How to cancel: Any time, online at account.cedarlabs.store or by emailing support@cedarlabs.store. You do not need to call or speak with anyone.
- Deadline: Cancel before your next billing date to avoid that charge.
2. Enrolling
You enroll by selecting the subscription option on the product page and completing checkout. A one-time purchase does not enroll you in a subscription. By choosing a subscription and placing your order, you authorize us, or our payment processor on our behalf, to charge your payment method for the first order today and the recurring subscription price on each renewal until you cancel. After you order, we email a confirmation with your subscription terms and how to cancel.
3. Billing
Renewals are charged on the schedule for your selected bundle. Your next billing date is shown in your account. Applicable taxes are calculated on each renewal. If a renewal charge is declined, we may retry your payment method over the following days and email you to update it. If we still cannot collect payment, we may pause or cancel your subscription. We never ship a renewal that has not been paid for.
4. Reminders and changes
We will email you before any change to your subscription price or terms takes effect, and you can cancel before the change if you do not agree. Where required by law, we also send renewal reminders before your subscription renews.
5. Managing your subscription
In your account at account.cedarlabs.store you can skip a refill, change your delivery date, update your payment method or address, or cancel. You can also email support@cedarlabs.store and we will make the change for you within 24 to 48 business hours.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee. Cancel online in your account, or email us with your name, order number, and a request to cancel. We confirm every cancellation by email. Cancellation stops all future charges. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your next billing date.
7. Refunds on subscription orders
Your first subscription order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. Renewal orders that have already been charged and shipped are not refundable. If you were charged for a renewal you did not expect, email us right away and we will review it.
